總結:This dissertation was developed under the Professional Master's Program of the Postgraduate Program in Management and Evaluation of Education (PPGP) of the Center for Public Policies and Education Evaluation of the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (CAEd / UFJF). The studied management case discusses the contribution of the contents produced and published by National Institute for Educational Studies and Research "Anísio Teixeira" (Inep) regarding the monitoring of the PNE's goals for the formulation and evaluation of public policies aiming at the fulfillment of these goals. The objectives defined for this study describes the historical context of National EdXcaWiRQal PlaQ¶V (PNE) development and the importance of its monitoring through Inep's publications as a source of information for the possible fulfillment of the goals; from the opinion of actors involved in the formulation and evaluation of public policies in education at the state and municipal level, understand which data and information sources they used for this formulation and evaluation, and analyze, also from the opinion of these actors, the level of knowledge about Inep's publications related to the PNE goals and the assessment they make of these publications. For that, unsystematic participant observation, documentary research, semi-structured interviews, and survey were used as methodological procedures. Based on the results obtained, managers and advisers acknowledge the quality of the publications, especially regarding reports, produced by Inep on the monitoring of goals even with limitations on the appropriation of their content and the frequency of its use. Also, publications called analytical are less recognized and much less used, and there has also been a marked use of nongovernmental data to the detriment of those published by Inep, justified by the ease of access and treatment
