| סיכום: | The present Open Data Plan (PDA) aims to present the institutional planning of Inep regarding the opening and dissemination of public data in open formats for the 2020–2021 biennium. The objective is to strengthen and improve the already established process of making Inep’s research data available, in alignment with transparent information management and the protection of personal and protected information, in compliance with the requirements and provisions of Law No. 12,527/2011, Decree No. 7,724/2012, Decree No. 8,777/2016, and Resolution No. 3/2017 of the Governance Committee of the National Open Data Infrastructure (CGINDA).
