Opis
Sažetak:This research aims at understanding the management of ambience at exam application locations and census ratings, applied nationally, on a large scale. The theoretical framework is based on a review of integrative literature about considered topics on environmental management: 1) ambience; 2) school environment; 3) management and leadership; and 4) large scale evaluation. Aspects of evaluative ambience that interfere within the development of competencies and skills of participants during the tests application were analyzed. The study was developed from the training of coordinators of exam locations, in the edition of Enem 2012, conducted by the consortium between Cespe/UnB and Fundação Cesgranrio. The training of coordinators and the knowledge obtained by them, through the analysis of their responses to the Assessment Tools numbers 1 and 2, were also analyzed. The results point to the need of better understanding how environment and ambience influence on the cognitive performance of participants of external census evaluations, at national level, and on the environmental management of exams, in order to achieve evaluative health and a possible change in the profile and role of coordinators of exam locations to that of an environmental manager, notably, with concern and focus on the participant, and, also, the humanization of the exam application locations, evaluations and tests coordinated by the team of researchers of the Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas Educacionais Anísio Teixeira (Inep).
