“…O Presidente do Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas Educacionais Anísio Teixeira - Inep, no uso das atribuições que lhe confere o Decreto nº 11.204, de 21 de setembro de 2022, alterado pelo Decreto nº 12.158, de 2 de setembro de 2024, e tendo em vista o disposto no § 2º do Art. 48 da Lei nº 9.394, de 20 de dezembro de 1996, no art. 3º da Portaria Interministerial MEC/MS nº 278, de 17 de março de 2011, no que estabelece a Portaria nº 237, de 20 de junho de 2024, que dá nova redação ao artigo 5º da Portaria nº 530, de 9 de setembro de 2020, e revoga a Portaria nº 251, de 06 de junho de 2023, na Lei nº 13.959, de 18 de dezembro de 2019, e no Edital nº 72, de 22 de novembro de 2021, resolve: Art. 1º Revogar o resultado de aprovado sub judice dos participantes Angela Pietra Franco Guimarães, código de inscrição nº 211120210373883; Bruno Debona Piovezan Salazar, código de inscrição nº 211120210416591; e paulo de Tarso Rodrigues Neto, código de inscrição nº 211120210370913, conforme Portaria Nº 103, DE 25 DE março DE 2022, publicada no DOU nº 59, Seção 1, páginas de 70 a 90, 82 e 83, de 28 de março de 2022, acerca da relação no anexo II de aprovados na condição "SUB JUDICE" na 2ª etapa - Prova de Habilidades Clínicas, do Exame Nacional de Revalidação de Diplomas Médicos Expedidos por Instituições de Educação Superior Estrangeira - Revalida, edição 2021, disciplinado pelo Edital nº 72, de 22 de novembro de 2021, em decorrência da decisão judicial constante no Mandado de Segurança nº 5001241-91.2021.4.03.6005 / Tribunal Regional Federal da 3ª Região - 6ª Turma.…”
